Terms and Conditions

By clicking on the “purchase” button on the event page for the selected program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions which will bind you and (if you are an employer) your employees. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please discontinue the purchasing process now.

1.Description of our products/services:

    • Virtual Live Training (public or in-house) – the delegates are attending the training program delivered by an instructor online in real time through a training platform (Webex or another).
    • Classroom Training – (public or in-house) – the delegates are attending the training program delivered by an instructor face to face in a training/conference room in a 5-star hotel (public session) or at the client’s premises (in-house).
    • Blended Learning – a training that is delivered using a combination of all learning delivery methods, i.e. VLT and Classroom training.
    • Consulting Services – provide expertise and advice related to data collection, diagnosis of the problem, recommendations and solution to the problem and assistance with the implementation.

Please note that we reserve the right to change the program content of any training program at any time and without notice.

2.Price

The purchase of Training Programs is subject to the following:

    • The prices set out for the relevant product on our website
    • The stated amount is exclusive of Withholding Tax and other duties, taxes and transfer related charges which if applicable are payable by the client in addition to the stated amount.

3.Registration 

    • Registrations must be sent to register@pamco.co 
    • The payment will be made to Elitex Reliability Solutions, PAMCo’s partner in Training. The invoices and receipts will be from Elitex Reliability Solutions.
    • A confirmation letter and invoice will be sent upon receipt of your registration. 100% payment of the amount has to be made in maximum 15 days upon the receipt of the invoice. Only those delegates whose fees have been paid in full will be allowed to attend the training.

4.Cancelations, Postponements and Substitutions 

    •  All cancellations/postponements/substitutions must be sent by email. 
    • There will be 100% cancelation fee if the cancelation takes place less than 7 days prior to the beginning of the course. 
    • There will be 20% postponement fee if the postponement takes place less than 7 days prior to the beginning of the course. 
    • Substitutions are allowed any time until the beginning of the course. 
    • Due to unforeseen circumstances, PAMCO reserves the right to postpone or cancel the course, change the trainer or alter the venue any time prior to commencement of the course. All participants will be notified in advance and a full refund will be provided upon request.

5.Force Majeure

PAMCo shall not be liable to the clients or be deemed to be in breach of any agreement it has concluded with them for any delay in performing or failure to perform any of PAMCo’s obligations in respect of the services if the delay or failure was due to any cause such as war, warlike activities, fire, storm, explosion, national emergency, labor dispute, strike, lock-out, civil disturbance, actual or threatened violence by any terrorist group, newly enacted law or regulation or any other cause not within the control of PAMCo.

6.Intellectual Property

The copyright and intellectual property rights of the learning materials and the software are property of PAMCo. Copying, sharing or reproduction without prior written consent of PAMCo is strictly prohibited.

7.Complaints and Refunds Procedure

All official complaints shall be submitted via e-mail to Dr. Ali Zuashkiani, Chairman at PAMCo at ali.z@pamco.co  
PAMCo shall deem relevant the following types of complaints:

    • If the training delivery is not on a satisfactory level. 
    • If the contents of a training program or the learning materials are incorrect or inappropriate.
    • If the duration of the training program is significantly different to the one advertised on the website/brochures.
    • If the behavior of the trainer is inappropriate or offensive.
