Course Overview

Emerging technologies provide the asset management industry with an unprecedented opportunity to transform how it delivers value to its customers. Meanwhile, firms will need to set up and execute complex transformational programs to make the most out of this opportunity. These initiatives often make dramatic changes to a firm’s operating model, organizational model and technology architecture which support the business. A key component of any successful program, and one that is often underestimated, is the development of a comprehensive change management strategy. While critical, many organizations fail in managing change successfully. Given the pace of innovation, asset managers should not underestimate the importance of effective change management. In this course, you will learn about the topics of change management, types of change and factors of change. In addition, the concept of organizational culture and components of culture, and using these two concepts to create lasting change, will be discussed during the course.

This course is designed for the principal members of the working group or decision-makers in the field of physical asset management, senior and middle managers of engineering, operation and maintenance, warehousing and orders and planning departments, and experts and policymakers in the field of maintenance and asset management in various industries responsible for improving the maintenance of the organization’s equipment and assets.
